The candidate will be responsible for developing solutions, processes, and documentation that leverage the power of our product.  Coupling in-depth knowledge of the storage environment with creativity and programming skills to build tools to fill the needs of customers and partners.

The Solutions Engineer will be called on to review customer requests for technical validity, create prototype solutions, and implement completed solutions in both pre-staged and production environments.  Development expertise and debugging skills will also be utilized to assist partners in resolving complex technical issues.

The candidate must have the ability to analyze customer requirements for technical validity, design solutions, implement solutions, test solutions, and present technical solutions to a non-technical audience.  In addition, proven development expertise with programming and scripting is necessary.  Customer-facing skills, proven documentation skills and the ability to work effectively as a technical team member are critical to your success as a Solutions Engineer.

No travel is required.

Essential Requirements:

• Hands-on Windows system administration.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/LINUX OS
• Experience programming Windows software and network applications in C#, C++, JAVA, Lisp, XML, TCL, Ruby, PHP, Perl, HTML, JavaScript, DNS, SSL, TCP/IP.
• Experience with different Windows Installer Authoring Tools (Install Shield, Wise, Windows Installer, etc.)
• Troubleshooting experience in Internet and Networking protocols.
• Troubleshooting with CIFS and NFS.
• Must have exceptional analytical skills, ability to focus skill toward solution-driven results.
• Demonstrated abilities in multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of the Storage space (NAS/SAN).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with NDMP a plus.
• Strong business, account management and people skills preferred.

Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:

• BS Computer Science or related technical degree required, MSCS a plus, and at least 5 years of successful relevant engineering experience.

The candidate will “own” lead generation and lead management for the sales team, providing timely and accurate reports, using Salesforce.com, to the Vice President of Sales and to executive management. Presently the work ratio will be 80% inside sales and 20% sales operations. As the company grows, this individual will interface with target resellers as it relates to lead generation, lead distribution, and lead management.

Essential Requirements:

• Ability to conduct initiatives (phone and email) developed by Marketing and/or Sales for the purpose of generating leads for the outside sales team, including calldowns, e-mail blasts to drive seminar attendance, follow-up for qualification of interest of attendees of same, calldowns/reachouts to potential prospects from rolodex or lists provided by individual sales reps, follow-up on inbound contacts made via phone, and web download.
• Ability to deliver a minimum of 5 qualified leads per week to the outside sales team; defined as an individual who has agreed to a meeting with an outside sales representative, has an environment in which a Maestro would be an asset, and is an influencer, recommender, or decision-maker.
• Extensive knowledge and mastery of Salesforce.com with the ability to input and track detailed customer information, manage customer lists and activities, and provide frequent reports with analysis such as factored pipeline, aging stage analysis, lead conversion, and marketing initiative effectiveness.
• Ability to provide feedback to individual sales team members regarding data under their ownership and assure integrity, consistency, and accuracy.

Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Self initiating and able to work with minimal direction

• Proficient with CRM tool usage; preferably salesforce.com
• Excellent phone manner, professional and articulate; with a positive and upbeat demeanor
• Able to work a flexible schedule that will allow for early morning calling into the Eastern time zone at least one day per week, preferably two

• A minimum of 3 years of technology sales experience (inside or outside)
• Financial analysis acumen

The candidate will be a key member of the engineering team responsible for developing the kernel components that implement the data transport layer for the Attune Maestro File Manager™.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong system-oriented vision. Ability to conceptualize and abstract
• Strong C language skills
• Significant knowledge and experience in the design, development and debugging of file systems or distributed file storage systems, especially with major kernel components
• Good understanding of networking, storage protocols (CIFS, NFS), storage devices and systems

Minimum Educational and experience Requirements:

• MS in CS or equivalent and at least 8 years of successful software development experience in systems companies.

We are looking for an excellent candidate, who can contribute in product research, prototype, design and development of highly scalable file manager.

Essential Requirements:

• Expertise in C/C++ programming
• Experience in developing multithreaded application and Windows SDK/Win32 API
• Experience in Java/.Net programming as well is a plus
• Outstanding ability in troubleshooting and problem solving skills

 Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent and 5+ years of software development experience.

Responsible for writing test plans and test cases for qualification of the company's product; utilize knowledge and experience in testing NAS products in CIFS and NFS areas and work on creating test automation and scripts using Perl, C/C++ etc. Job responsibilities will include test execution as well as analysis of data traffic and network packets using tools including Sniffer and Ethereal; also responsible for end to end system testing of the company's product with external storage devices and subsystems. Responsible for software testing across Linux, Solaris and Windows operating systems. Conduct regression, performance and endurance tests on components and complete systems.

Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:

• 5-6 years industry experience with BSEE / BSCS / MS
• Minimum 5 years in software and system test environments, 2 years of which in CIFS / NAS testing with in-depth knowledge of QA / Testing methodology
• Proven experience in storage software test development environments
• Experience in CIFS, Windows and Network Administration
• Familiarity in multi-OS environments
• Experience in the development of complex test cases, plans and scripts
